The Great Billing Advanced Digestion plant is the largest plant of its type in the UK, treating up to 38,500 TDS/year of sludge. Most sludge produced across the Anglian Water sewage treatment works is specially processed to produce enhanced quality sludge cake, which is sold for agricultural usage. Also, there is a CHP power generation plant at the Great Billing Water Recycling Centre complex. See the case study on global brand website.
Laurence Dunn ran this case study project for Bollfilter UK in spring 2021. He wrote the copy, took the photographs, shot the HD video and put it together. He outlines the key stages below.
“We have been delighted with the work BOLLFILTER have completed for us. Their annual servicing of the filters on site have helped us to monitor and maintain the assets health more closely. Our most recent visit from BOLLFILTER at our Great Billing site saw a service engineer going as so far as to re-paint both of our units to rectify some minor surface rust that had occurred naturally. We look forward to continuing our successful relationship with them going forward.”
This Water Recycling Centre site needed new photography and video of the inside areas of the facilities. A safety passport and safety equipment was required to be worn while on this site. The proactive management team at the WRC and Anglian Water were really helpful and this enabled a quick 2-month project timeline.
Project cost was £720.00 plus UK VAT at 20%. Costings broken down as follows.
Reasonable costs if you consider the stages and skills needed. MiE also provide vehicles and equipment as a professional UK based marketing and advertising contractor should.
