Your treasured printed item is fraying or has been damaged beyond repair. Recreating a printed document is the only answer.
Here is an example of a worn, bashed and abused printed Instruction Sheet 5R3A-17A083-AB from a 2007 Ford Mustang
The only way to get this looking nice again was a recreation of the original artwork, with a new print run. The first thing to do is check for copyright restrictions in case there are express publication rights on the item. Once this is cleared up, a combination of photography, scanning, retouching, drawing, typesetting is put in hand to rescue as much of the old document as possible for a faithful reproduction of the original.
I’ll guide you on that as I’ve been printing things since 1975. Maybe you need 1 copy or maybe 10 copies. Not a problem, the UK is a great printing nation.
